Xbox controller button is loose

Discus and support Xbox controller button is loose in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a controller with a loose A button, The controller I'm using is wired.     Xbox controller button is loose


    I have a controller with a loose A button, The controller I'm using is wired. If I turn the button towards the ground, it looks like a normal button. Anytime the A button is wiggled around, it is constantly active. I don't want to replace the controller,
    so what do I do?

    The xbox one controller A button is loose.

    Unfortunately my controller warranty is voided due to me cleaning it but this was about 3 days before the warranty was off. So I guess after this crisis new controller I suppose?

    I have a controller with a semi-loose A button, although it's never bothered me enough to return it. Please contact MS support to see if it's under warranty.

    Depending on the age of the controller it may still be under warranty. Microsoft do make it easy to check here, but other than
    that you may need to replace it.

    With regards to attempting a repair on it yourself, I don't know how viable it is, but you may find someone else here that knows more about that than I do.

    Charger cord not doin it's job

    Press the oval button at the top of the controller to detach the battery.

    Examine the power cord connection on the top of the controller. Check for any chips or loose plastic parts that may have fallen into the controller. Gently shake the controller and listen for any loose parts.
