    Xbox controller bumper buttons click different?


    Just wondering if you guys notice on your controllers that the LB RB buttons click a little different? One seems to be a little better click than the other if that makes sense. What do you think?

    Error Code 3F4A-0000-3000-090C-8007-0070

    Some folks with the same error code have had success by removing previous updates and letting the system update normally. Give the below steps a try



    Push the menu button on your controller to open your dashboard.

    Scroll to to Setting

    Click on System Settings.

    Click on Storage Devices.

    Now on this screen where is shows your various memory units press the following on your controller.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button

    I can't update my 4Gig xbox 360 slim

    Some folks with the same error code have had success by removing previous updates and letting the system update normally. Give the below steps a try

    Push the menu button on your controller to open your dashboard.

    Scroll to to Setting

    Click on System Settings.

    Click on Storage Devices.

    Now on this screen where is shows your various memory units press the following on your controller.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button

    Keep us posted on your progress

    Hey Cdawg,

    Well they should click exactly the same. But I know exactly what you mean, I had the same on my Xbox 360 controller (one button whas very loose and it didn't work sometimes) but that happend after years of use and there is nothing you can do about it.

    As long as the button still works everything is fine.

    But if it does break in the future you might consider getting it fixed (as that button can be important in some games). For now, you should be good to go!

    4 extra buttons? the only difference between the original xbox and 360 controller is the white and black buttons are now the left and right bumpers. everything should work fine ( though the game is very buggy on 360) just use bumpers instead of white and
