    XBOX Controller and replacement site not working!


    Hi! I ordered the Magenta Phantom Xbox One Special Edition Controller off Amazon through Microsoft and received it Sept 25, 2020. I loved it great controller, it fell on the floor ONCE and now my joystick keeps shooting to the top left corner and in video
    games it drifts to the left. When this happened I hadn't even had this controller for month. I have tried all the suggestions given by Microsoft such as looking for an update, recalibrating, etc. Nothing worked because as expected it was probably the tumble
    it took that caused the issue. When it FINALLY directed me to request a controller replacement (my controller is still under warranty) and I typed in the serial number for the link I get the response of "login.live.com refuses to connect" or "login.microsoftonline.com
    refuses to connect" and I have even have the site tell me the link has either been changed, deleted, or the site is temporarily down. I tried changing browsers from google chrome, to microsoft edge, to firefox. In normal mode or incognito mode, on my phone,
    my laptop and other laptops I have had no change. I have enabled, disabled and changed my cookies settings as well and contacted Microsoft their phone line directed me online and their online support directed me to their phone support. I there anyone who can
    help me solve my issue of filling gout the form?

    How to replace an xbox one controller?

    If GameStop will not replace the controller then you should be able to set up a replacement from the repair site.

    I have a xbox elite 2 with a rb double click and im ready to stop buying from microsoft completely. Have they fixed the hardware on the controller or have they provided an update yet?

    If you're having a hardware problem with your controller you can Request an Xbox controller replacement. This is not a guarantee that they will
    be able to replace it as this all depends on the controllers warranty.

    If you are having problems through the site then go ahead and Contact Xbox Support by requesting a callback or requesting to chat with an agent for further assistance.
