Xbox Controller and Live disconnect at the same time.

This is a very odd one I have seen this kind off issue happen a few times, First is if you are wireless internet connection or a wired net connection?.

I have heard of interference from some wireless devices if both are wireless and they collide cutting everything out at the same time so thinking it might be the case here.

If the issue persists we will need a bit more information on the setup. Is there anything connected to the Xbox (external hard drives, 3rd party headsets)? What is the console connected to power supply wise (power strip, extension cord, directly to the wall)?
Let us know since these are important factors that could contribute to this issue.

Thanks for responding. We appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this situation. We know this must be frustrating and want to help out as best as we can.

I would recommend connecting your controller to the console with a
USB cable instead of wirelessly. Does the controller stay connected or does it still show it disconnecting? Also, instead of rechargeable batteries, try a regular pair and see if it makes a difference.
Lastly, try another controller (try to borrow one from a friend or family member if you don't have a second controller).

Yes, I’m using a wired connection. Nothing has changed in my setup and it was fine in the past.

Unfortunately the issue still persists
