Xbox controller and live connection issues

My controller will sometimes connect and if it does it will only last for about 30 seconds. Also, when my controller gets disconnected, my xbox will sign me out of live and say there is connection issues. I have tried everything possible to fix this. Some
examples, I have checked batteries and tried new batteries, checked wifi network, and power cycled xbox. This has never been an issue up until about 2 weeks ago and there has to be an issue internally. I literally can't use my xbox at all. It has become very
frustrating especially since I am paying for live. Please help!

Hi,

Thing to try, if you have 2 wifi signals from your router , try the 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz ( depending the one you using actually ) , cause you have maybe some conflict with the bluetooh antenna and other devices in your home.

Do you have another controller that you can test with?

I would also check if you have a USB cable to connect to the Xbox and see if the connection remains solid there. That can help identify if it's an issue with the controller itself or if it's a wireless connection issue.

Have you added anything to the home that has a wireless connection, moved your Xbox, or even a new microwave or something, that might interfere with the controllers signal?

I had that controller problem too but that was due a overheating problems, I recommend don't recharge your controller battery from the console always use a external source of power, just a tip
