Xbox controller ---- account

Controllers tend to be linked to an account on the xbox, if both controllers are linked to the main account then both controllers are attempting to control this account at once. Try unlinking one of the controllers in the settings or linking one of the other
controllers to a different account on the xbox (if there is one).

Hello! Welcome... yes you can link 1 account to each controller! So you can have a diferent account on each controller.

To assign an account to a controller, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Under Kinect & devices, select Devices & accessories.
5. Select the controller. The current account assigned to that controller is indicated.
6. To assign the controller to another account, select the account currently assigned to it.
7. Select Assign to someone.
8. Select the account that you want to assign to the controller.

This will pair the controller to this account.

If you use multiple controllers, you can tell which user is assigned to a specific controller when they can control what's happening on the screen. There are no LED indicators on the controller or console as
with the Xbox 360 because with Xbox One, you can have up to eight controllers connected at one time.

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control sounds like your under parental controls or on a child account . You'll need
the main account holders permission to change it if your not the main account holder . If you are the main account holder the link will help.
