Discus and support Xbox continuously crashes to dashboard HELP in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; yes I've tried all these and nothing is working. i think there's an issue with how the game updates are downloading. netflix and blu ray seem to work...     yes I've tried all these and nothing is working. i think there's an issue with how the game updates are downloading. netflix and blu ray seem to work fine.

    I have had my Xbox one for roughly just over a month...YAY glad I paid real money for this *note the sarcasm*. No issues until new update now it appears that I am having the same issues that people have been having for well over a year. Microsoft's answers
    is to get a new unit because their reboot i.e....take an aspirin for cancer method will fix everything and in fact it fixes nothing. You would have though that I would have learned from the 5 red circle of deaths on my 360 that made me switch to PS4. Nope
    thanks to Forza I was a sucker once more. Anyone want to buy a 40 day used paperweight that looks just like an Xbox one?

    try something else before you do that.

    First of all do to preferences

    Bluray and disc ... clear the persistent stockage

    If it still not working try the factory reset !! Maybe an update make the crash.

    let us know !!!

    Hi i have tried this 3 times now and still no luck, the xbox continues to redirect me back to the dashboard when i try and launch the game.
