    Xbox Content Restrictions


    The Xbox content restrictions for both my young sons accounts have stopped working properly. I have changed nothing but now they are not able to play games that they have permission for.

    They are both allowed to play Fortnite but now only the 12 year old can play as he is old enough. My 11½ year old son cannot now play Fortnite despite not having content restrictions turned on for his Xbox or his account.

    This suddenly started last night, yet he has been playing for weeks with no problem. My older son also cannot now play games that he previously could. Yet I have changed nothing in his settings either.

    yeah that what it was anyway, cycled on and off to see if it was a DB issue still the same also tried turning it back on and setting no age restriction to see if that works
