    If you have redeemed the code under your account try to install the game from xbox store.

    Ready to Install you should be able to find it and select it for download/installation.

    Quantum Break Doesn't Detect Xbox One X, HELP!

    This does not help. The "Download 4K game content" option only appears on non-4K Xbox's. This option is not available on the Xbox One X. In "theory," 4K content is downloaded to the Xbox One X by default. This in NOT the case
    for my Xbox One X, however, as it does not download the 4K content for Quantum Break. All of my other 4K enhanced games work without a problem. Quantum Break is the only title that I have that refuses to grant me access to Xbox Enhanced content.
