Xbox constantly stops streaming

Every time I try to stream a game from my Xbox One using the Xbox app on my Windows 10 PC, it stops streaming after about a minute. I'll restart the stream and the same problem occurs. It worked fine until the last update on Feb.

Same here. AC constantly stops streaming its data and freezes. I have the digital copy of the game.

 

Xbox One app stops picking up remote

Whenever I play a game through streaming with the Xbox App, my remote stops responding and I can't do anything. Most of the time, it works for an hour, and then just stops. Help!

 

Same thing here. I get random disconnects. I run wired all the way through from xbox to pc. I even tried connecting the Xbox to my pc and I still get the same issue. It states network issue, but it is clearly something on the xbox end (encoding?). I can
stream all of my Steam games just fine, even on wireless without any lag or disconnect so I know it is not an issue with my network.
