Xbox constantly freezing

Hello,

so this has been happening for a long time now but it's gotten to the point that I can't even play any game. My xbox will open up fine and then freeze for about 5 minutes. Then it will allow me to use it normally for about 15 seconds then freeze again. I
can't play any games what so ever. It freezes as soon as I open them.

the freezing started when I tried to download a game from the store. Every time I tried to download it it would become corrupted. So I deleted it and cleared my cache in all storage devices I have 229 GB of memory left so I know that's not a problem. My
xbox is on the floor in a open area so it should be getting enough air.

Xbox freezing constantly

Xbox S 250GB

Since December my xbox has been infrequently freezing. Since Sept. 5, it has been unusable due to constant freezing. Also, it won't connect to the internet and sometimes the video gets fuzzy and the audio cuts out.

I think that this is a major malfunction due to the large amounts of feedback I have found online and I refuse to pay $100 to pay for your poorly manufactured item. I had this happen with my previous Xbox and I will not continue to buy your products just
to have to pay you even more money to fix it just after the warranty expires.

Sorry to hear about the freezing issues. Since you have already tried a few troubleshooting steps, I recommend temporarily removing your hard drive to see if the issue rests there. You can find the steps to Remove
