Xbox constantly freezing and certain games unplayable

after recently joining the preview programme 2 weeks ago my xbox has felt very sluggish. and certain games like destiny are resulting me in waiting in loading screens for longer than half an hour. I recently had to restore my xbox to factory settings and
the problems are still occurring. I am positive the reason this is happening is due to the preview programmes new update as the problems have only began around 4 days ago. I still have no access to the preview forums for some strange reason and would leave
a way to remove the recent update and be able to actually play a game. cheers

Last Update has Ruined The Game

Mine is constantly freezing also!! It has made Jigsaws
completely unplayable!! Please fix this problem ASAP as this is my favorite game to play!

 

alpha bug party/game freezing

Party barely works freezing constantly. So do the games badly. Party and games unplayable. Fortnite nba2k18 battlefront 2 beta. Should i quit alpha? Its been happening since sep 23rd for me... If i quit do i need a factory reset as well? Just wanna play
with my friends again...

that's a forum access error message - the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out once they see this thread.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
