Xbox Constantly Disconnects from Xbox Live

I have Xbox One and for the past few weeks it's been having a problem where after about 30-90 minutes of being connected to Xbox Live it will randomly get disconnected. I will test the network connection and get a prompt that says "Restart wireless. There
may be a problem with the console's wireless hardware. Try restarting it, and then wait a few minutes for the controller to connect again." I restart the wireless, and it works for another 30-90 minutes before the same thing happens.

You say you play wirelessly. Have you tried a wired connection to see if you have the same problems?

Hi just to start off thanks for looking at my post and please help if you can

Today I went on my xbox 360 kinect it started off normally signed in connect to xbox live and everything then I go to invite my friend to a party and I get disconnected I reconnect to my router try again and I get disconnected. I reconnected again but this
time just tried to play black ops 2 and I got disconnected again. Now I tried to reconnect but I couldnt I have been trying for over a hour and this just started today I dont know much about routers and such so please try to be detailed I did take a speed
test though

This may be an issue with your NAT type, what was your NAT type at the time. If it is a persistent "strict" you may need to contact your Internet service provider and find a solution in fixing your connection.

What type wireless are you using ? Xbox has been known to have problems on the 5ghz band ..., and the console may be right , there may be a problem with the wireless card , you would have to test it on a different wireless network to be sure though ...

Same issue here.. When my xbox does connect to xbl i am constantly getting disconnected from live.

It is now the 27th in China and I am still having terrible issues with xbox live. I am constantly getting kicked from games and disconnected from live. As soon as I press 'A' to load a disc it disconnects from Live. I can sign back in sometimes but get kicked.

Hey elquietone or whoever else is there, sorry to bug you guys again. I was connected for about a hour and then the problem started again. I've honestly got so frustrated that I've given up. Tried all of your solutions, still nothing.

I'll try again tomorrow morning, whatever happens, happens.

I just got online again, and so far it's been at least 5 minutes without a loss of connection. Since I have no clue what Shaw is, I'm guessing that I'm not a member.

The thing is, my router is a dinosaur in terms of age (infodepot.wikia.com/.../Linksys_BEFW11S4_v2.0), and I've been told on other forums that I might be "overusing it" because
along with my XBox and my computer, there is another 2 computers in my house. So after hearing what you said about refresh time, I think the problem is actually my router. I've been considering getting another router, but until now, I've never really had a
major reason to. If that's what I'll have to do to fix this, then I guess I'll do it.

Edit: As I was typing this, I disconnected from XBox, but so far mIR has stayed online.

There's usually atleast 1 person in my household that uses the connection as well. But there has been no major problems (after 5-6 months of having the Xbox) until now. I'm not too sure that is the problem.
