    XBOX console won’t recognize wireless controllers


    Hey guys, so when I first got my Xbox everything worked perfectly. Then randomly my controller stopped working wireless-ly so I’ve been using it while plugged in ever since.

    Today I decided to buy a new controller but it won’t sync to the console either. I tested both controllers with my PC and they work just fine so obviously the console is having the issue.

    I’ve tried power cycling, as well as soft and hard resets but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

    try uninstally software and retry It used t happen to me and then it just worked one day for no reason. Make sure the x box s not dusty too helps. I keep having to clean mine lol

    Is the controller a wireless controller or wired? If it is wireless, how are you connecting it? If by using the play & charge kit, then the Xbox 360 controller will not work, as the cable is only recognized on PC for charging only. You need to use a Xbox
    360 Wireless adapter for PC to connect a wireless Xbox 360 controller to your PC.
