Xbox Console won’t let me use GTA

Hello . Thank you for your response but none of those worked for me , it seemed like it was about to but kicked me out . Are there any other suggestions? If I were to try those multiple times would that be okay or would my date get deleted? Please help. Thanks again

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

thanks for replying when the Xbox was bought, it was bought with gta on it already so when I set it up, all i had to do was download the game and I didn’t need the disc. I have been playing on gta5 since December with no worries and now it won’t let me
play.

I have made sure that the console is set to it’s home console and it still won’t work. What do you mean when you say that the license was taken away?

I’ve heard PlayStation won’t let you use a word they think is a curse or slag word. Sort of like GTA if you try and be derogatory it just won’t send it. So there is no room for a mistake to be made. Microsoft could do that too but... here we are.

On console and it’s a disc every time I try to install gta it stops and won’t install anymore it only happens with gta.
