Xbox console usage - how to configure 'Family Report' feature to include how much time ...

I'm not sure where you got this from, but getting a report of how much time a game has been played is not a feature of a Gold membership. Each individual game may have a stat for time played, but that's up to the game maker if they want to include that,
not Xbox Live.

I have never seen or heard of someone receiving a monthly usage report from Xbox. Does it just show the games he's played during the month and the percentage of time spent on each? And also, is the email FROM Xbox? I do know that the Xbox Rewards Program
has a page that shows how much time you've spent on certain games, but I've never heard of a monthly game usage report.

Many internet services out there can handle only so much bandwidth usage at once. Multiple xboxs at once may be too much for it, so it trumps usage to one of them. How the system decides which gets the usage, I don't know.

I do know this is how alot of services work. I use one of the best internet services in a big city, and my xbox uses so much in certain games and features that others in the household can't even use a computer while I'm playing.

Hey EiderMaineiac! I'm sorry we didn't get a response out to you sooner! Are you still seeing this issue? Have you seen any improvement in the accuracy of your reports?



If you haven't, you may want to try removing the user from the family pack and adding them back! We've seen this resolve reporting issues for users in the past but we do understand if you feel it's not an option since the user will need to remain removed
for 5 days until they can be added back. You can always use add an alternate account to use in the meantime but you would not be able to use any game saves for the week. Let us know if this is do-able!

So I've waited, but it hasn't gotten any better. Somedays it shows 3 hours in a one hour block of time, and others it appears accurate. Any other suggestions?
