    xbox console updates stuck please help


    I joined the xbox insider and it ask my console to update but it got stuck at verifying at 1% and I have done the hold the button for 10 seconds and pulled the power.

    Can you let the console sit for a hour uninterrupted that should fix it.

    You said you tried everything can you tell me what you tried so i wont need to recommend it to you again?

    The link you provided doesn't work. Is the support network down? I've been trying to connect for a while - and my son's xbox is still stuck at 2% :-(

    I have done the offline update, but it still gets stuck at the update page whenever i restart the console.

    Please, whats a "preview system" ...i reset my console to factory settings because i couldn't connect to xbox live, after which i can't update the console to get past the update page.

    (My console is now like a brand new console, because i totally removed everything)

    PLEASE HELP ME, MY LIFE HAS BEEN USELESS FOR THE PAST 6 DAYS, i can't even play my FIFA 20.
