You must sign in there with the account that has the suspension and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there
would be a link there to click on to file for a case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

You can get banned for many reasons, not just committing fraud or tampering your console.

You can also get banned for foul language, unsporting behaviour etc.

Basically, treat people how you want to be treated, if someone uses foul language to you don't respond to it, report them.

If you follow these very simple rules you wont get banned.

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console suspensions, so all you can do is wait it out.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.
