I was wondering if I could get a suspension transferred from my console to the account that caused it

Transferring a DLC to my new account

nope nothing can be transferred between consoles

if your account has been suspended you will have to wait out the suspension

HELP!!! Licence Transfer Problem

If I remember right you can do all that on the Xbox website in your account. And just queue it all up .

To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email and password).
Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console’s download queue.
Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's licence. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content licence to the console. No. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console suspensions so there would be no way to have it lifted or transferred.

Sounds like a console suspension. You would've had to have done something pretty bad to receive one of those

You have to use the original account with the suspension to file a case review

Console suspensions on xbox one aren't perm nor are they appealable

In no way are you allowed. To transfer your dlc or accounts or share accounts

It is a serious violation of the terms of use punishable by console bans or perm suspension of both accounts

Account suspension questions should be asked in the
Account Suspension forum. You can post there, but the answer will be the same - all content is forfeit when a gamertag is banned.

If your console was not banned, the content you downloaded will be usable on the console that it was downloaded to first. If you changed consoles and did not perform a license transfer between the time the content was transferred and when the account ban
went into effect, then you will have lost access to the content.
