Xbox console streaming not connecting.

Im trying to stream my console to mobile but The xbox streaming app wont connect to my console. (Pic attached)

Both the xbox and my phone are on the same network.

Phone, console and controller are all updated.

My console is set to instant on.

to my galaxy note 8 no problem.

My Wifi far exceeds the limits needed for it to work efficiently.

Any idea why its not working?
