It’s not a secret menu, it’s basically the same thing is hitting properties on the right. Click menu on your computer.

I did read somewhere online that the clear access key and the refresh certificates would restart the console and send it into a boot loop mode which would make the console unusable meaning that users wouldn't be able to to use their consoles making the console useless or unable to use ie (Bricked) does this still happen to xbox consoles or has this changed for the xbox

So that gamers don't accidentally click on clear access key or refresh certificates

This all came about when there is a secret menu LB RB LT RT once pressed the secret menu came up giving thoes worrying options

That's weird. Are you playing it from the secret mission menu? Try loading your save file and playing the campaign mission on a different difficulty and see if it works when you get to the room, obviously it won't change the secret mission difficulty but
it might trigger it to work if the main mission is on a difficulty you haven't played.

The lairs won't show up on the map once you complete them. You'll be able to go back to them in the DNA menu however in Sequence 2 (the one where Nicollo tells you to go to the entrance) and the Secret Lairs part of the DNA menu.
