Xbox Console not turning on

Hi!

First, unplug the power supply from the wall outlet. Let it cool for half an hour. Re-connect the power supply to the wall outlet only (without converters or similar). Check, therefore, that the LED is off.

If it doesn't work, try also to change the wall outlet or power cable (not the power supply, but only the cable).

I had the same exact issue. Narrowed it down to the power brick, itself. I went thru 3 power bricks before I became frustrated and just upgraded to Xbox one S. Apparently their known to go bad from time to time. I'd go that route and try replacing the
brick first. If you have a GameStop nearby, you can take it in, say it's defective and you'd like to trade it in. From there, you'll get a preowned brick. Good luck.
