    I can't figure out what to do to get my refund. my son got this game on 11/920 for $65.84.. We bought this XBOX ONE from someone.. used. In the past, I was able to figure it out. Now I can't. I put my new card number in. Ends in

    If you want a refund after all, you just have to go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support , sign in using the account that purchased the game, select the the game you want a refund for and then request the refund!

    After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

    A refund is not possible as time for a refund has passed, you need to use that account on the console to use the content again and will only need to log with that account inside the game, this content will only be available in the account that made the purchase and only in the a Xbox console

    Bought a game on the wrong account, how to transfer it?

    You would need to refund it and then purchase it on the correct account. You can find instructions on refunds here.

    Alternatively, if you have the console set as the Home console for the account the game was purchased on, you can share the game with your other profile that way.

    Yes, you must refund the Game on epicgames.com and buy it on the XBOX Store to Play it on your Console.
