    xbox console does not show newly purchased gamertag


    I just paid $10 for a new gamertag. How do i get my xbox console to see it??

    xbox one x problem

    Mine does that occasionally. Try following the steps in this guide Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console, if that doesn't work I would take the console back and get a replacement if it is newly purchased

    xbox console does not show newly purchased gamertag

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Be patient iy can take up to 5 hours to completly show up!!

    It's most likely just taking a while for it to appear, you can try turning your console off, not instant on, but power saving mode.
