Xbox Console Companion fails to log me in

For 3 days now the Xbox Console Companion has refused to log me in, it loads for hours on end to finally give me this:

I have tried restarting the PC, reinstalling the Xbox Console Companion, waiting a 2 days, all without success.

How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear it. Please open the Xbox Console Companion and log out of the account there then log back in. If all else fails please remember to log in to your PC using the Xbox account

Have you logged in the console companion app, the suggestion it's not because I believe that the login it's failing, sometimes on app helps to work the other one

I had the same problem. Finally solved it by installing the "XBox Console Companion" app. Logged in on that just fine, then when I opened the XBox Beta app it automatically logged me in.
