    Xbox Console Companion App ANNOYANCE!


    Hello Team,

    So I've been using the Xbox Console Companion a while and it's REALLY becoming annoying with these 2 things.

    1. Something went wrong issue - This I get when I am trying to create a post for a party.

    No matter what, I have to close and reload, the app has been completely reinstalled, even a brand new Windows... I've checked this with others and they have the same issue, 100% the app!

    2. Inappropriate text - This is by far the worst and most horrendous use of words deemed by Microsoft to be "innappropriate" - I have done a few tests, the same as friends and so many times it would say this... I read my comment which was simple but NOPE!
    I had to remove "and grinding for kegs" from the text for it to work... I am not kidding. There are sooo many little texts to put and the system thinks it is "innappropriate" and it needs to be corrected and updated because it's super super super frustrating
    to use currently..

    Apart from the lovely bugs of it closing down, crashing, not accepting, delays on messages or not displaying them, it's a good app...

    Xbox console companion party chat won't work.

    To be sure, are you using the Xbox app or the Console Companion App? Party chat has been discontinued for the Console Companion App.

    Xbox (Beta) Windows 10 App

    The APP was updated and is simply called the Console Companion. The Beta APP and the console companion are pretty much identical at the moment so I think you only need the console companion which is the newest version. I have the beta app which updated
    and is now simply called Xbox (beta) as I said there is no discernable difference.

    Let's try running the Xbox console companion app first not the Xbox app, sign in to the Xbox Console companion app, and kindly ignore the prompt to use the new app. Try launching or installing the games by going to the games section.
