Xbox Console Banned + Enforcement Issues

This would be up to Xbox Enforcement it's possible the issue a communication ban or a console ban.

Since it's a console ban it won't show on the enforcement site and they don't email for that. As it states in the ban message, check http://xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban for information on why they are issued. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and support does not handle enforcement issues. If it is a temporary suspension, you'll have use of your console after it ends.

We can't do anything here about the console ban. You would need to go to the Xbox enforcement page to address this issue.

That being said Xbox's enforcement team doesn't hand out perma ban's with serious evidence.

Xbox Enforcement Team, by submitting a case review. There is also a section that allows Xbox users to

check a console ban. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

The enforcement team do not use the forums & they are the ones who issue console/account bans.

No one here or at support can do anything about enforcement matters.

Console bans are not issued lightly & can not be appealed.More info on console bans can be found HERE

Console bans don't show up as "strikes".

The only way to contact the enforcement team about account bans is via a case review.If you have already done that & the appeal was denied then there is nothing else that can be done.

Case reviews can take up to 72 hours but most are done much quicker than that.
