    I'm not sure what happen but I signed into my profile and it says I can't play online or chat with my friends and I signed into my other account and it still says I can't play online because of my past behavior so I call mircrosoft and my consoles ban till
    September.. help please

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.
