Xbox console ban

So my Xbox one console is currently banned i wanted to know for how long and if theres a way to get de-banned earlyer

I cant submit a case rewiew and it is completely un justifyed

I already posted on this forum with another account JetCreePer 99 because the online support told me that the ban is gonna take less longer but nothing happened

So thanks to microsoft and everything we pay over 700 euro for the console the games the gold acc and everything then we get banned for idk how much time altough it is completely unjustifyed

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

They are banning people but only until release when the console is unbanned.

 

Console bans are permanent. They are only handed out for serious/repeated violations of the code of conduct/terms of service.

If there are other people who use/have access to the console i would speak with them to see what they did.

Console bans are not handed out lightly and are only given after an investigation would have confirmed the console was used to break the code of conduct. Because of this console bans are not eligible for case reviews.

 

Ive contacted the support and they told me the ban vas until january 13th also not permanent
