Xbox console ban that was sopposed to be lifted

My xbox one was console banned but in a specific manner. It was communication banned and no account is able to send messages or talk in a xbox party. Ive talked to many xbox support agents and they said that the console ban was sopposed to be lifted on 7/27/17.

"Thank you for waiting here. Upon checking on the account, that the banned console should be lifted now as well. However, I'm sorry if you have to encounter this issue, but just a heads up that we are having an on going issue that even the banned console
is lifted, that they cant still access online. Good thing here is that we are already keeping in touch as well with the team who is handling this one, so that it will be fix as soon as possible. "

"Oh alright, it seems that its because of the on going issue that we are having within the banned console. you may try to check it within 24-72 hours, if that will work, and if you will be able to send messages again, if I may ask you can play online?"

It seems that xbox is having a problem with lifting console bans? I am able to play online games on my xbox but can't send messages even though the xbox was supposed to be lifted.

Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.

If you console has been banned unfortunately that ban will not be lifted.

 

What the support agents have told you is completely wrong. You don't have a device ban but you have a device privilege suspension for just communication and has a duration of around 60 days
