    hi my name is tony. My xbox console was banned NOT MY ACCOUNT SO I CARNT FILE A CASE REVIEW and i have no idea why as i only play call of duty and maybe red dead 2 but i still got banned with no exlimatoin or email
    and wud like to get the ban lifted but i know theres 110%thay won't but i know thay can in some cases but wud love to know why my console got banned PLEASE and thank you PS MY 1ST POST GOT CLOSED

    As per the
    banned console FAQ    , you may move a HDD from a banned console to an unbanned console.

    Were your old saves on a console that's banned from Xbox Live? Non-banned consoles will see save files updated on banned consoles as "corrupt".

    It could remove the banned by Factory Reset because if it was Modafied and abused it is pernment banned. If it just console banned Factory reset should work.
    No it wouldnt. Console bans are Xbox lives servers blocking that console from accessing Xbox Live. Factory resetting the xbox wont change that.
