    hi.i have been told that my games are still on my old device and are still playable, and so i have recently been trying to remotely delete my games from an old xbox one x console. i no longer have it set as my home device nor is it registered on my account
    anymore. my account only shows my friend's xbox and my new console. even the xbox app doesn't show the old console. does anyone know how i can delete my games off of my old console remotely?

    I don't believe there's a place to see how many times you've moved your Home console but you are only limited to 3 times per year. If he's done it more than that then he's stuck with his Home console being the one he's linked to right now.

    You only changed your "contact email". The sign-in email address is the Live ID, and you have to change that on a console (not on the website). There's more about managing your Live ID in a sticky post in this forum.

    Unfortunately, you've probably now created a profile on the "new" Live ID. So, you'll have to recover that one on your console and change the Live ID to a third email address, freeing up the second one to be used on your main profile as you'd intended.
