    Xbox consistently logs out of profile


    for the last month I’ve had a problem where my one x logs me out of my profile. It seems completely random with nothing at times even happening on the Xbox. For instance. I was playing fallout shelter and poof suddenly I’m on the dashboard and logged out.
    Log back in and do a search on my tablet to see if there’s any other reported issues on the internet. Suddenly logged out again. Some days I go all day without a problem. Others like today it happens minutes apart from each other. Nothing on my network has
    a problem other than my Xbox. Here’s what I’ve tried.

    Hard reboot of the Xbox.

    Reboot of modem and router

    Reset the Xbox back to default.

    Reinstall a couple games where the problem has happened (fallout shelter and far cry 5)

    Any other ideas before I setup a warranty call?

    You don't need the profile to be logged in at the home console.

    When trying to update a game I get status code 4174 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 8007 - 0570

    Im having a very similar issue. i cant stay logged into my account for more then 10 maybe 15 mins. it consistently will log me out of live. my roommates have no problem with their profiles only mine. i have tried the delete profile and clear system cache
    3 times and restarting after asking support how to fix this. should i start looking for corrupted/incomplete files? any help would be appreciated.

    Have you tried logging out of that profile and then logging in with your xbox gamertag?
