    Xbox consistently freezing


    My Xbox one X is consistently freezing both in games and on the home screen and I'm unsure how to fix it. I have tried quitting games, deleting and re-installing games, soft reset, and full factory reset. I have checked my wifi connection and it says its
    strength is 100%. Any suggestions?

    If your games are consistently freezing then perhaps the issue lies not with the games themselves but with your console or hard drive.
