Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. To add to what our Ambassadors have already recommended, you may wish to also power cycle your network hardware as well simultaneously when you power cycle your console, especially if you're
using a wireless connection. This refreshes and strengthens the signal between your network hardware and any devices.

I would also recommend using our Xbox One Connection and Network Solution to further troubleshoot should the power cycle step not fix the issue.
It will take you step-by-step to pinpoint what may be happening and how to solve the problem.
