Xbox connects to the internet but no xbox live.

I'm having an issue where I cant connect to live. It tells me to connect to the internet and when I test my connection it says everything is good. I've tried hard resetting, clearing persistent storage, clearing alternate mac address, hard resetting and
unplugging my power bar for 1 min, tried removing my account and now I cant get it because it says i'm not connected to the internet. Now I've tried factory resetting and I can't get passed the update screen cause it says I have no internet connection and
I test it and everything is good. This is very frustrating.

Also, I was able to get an update before this all happened.

xbox one would not sign into my account so i logged on to my gfs who had just made a profile on my xbox and doesnt have her own xbox live... turned on a game, and it asked me to choose a profile... clicked my own. and it worked. if it works for you lemme
know.

Been waiting an hour for an update from Microsoft, I guess canning1800 employees may have something to do with it. Everyone deals with issues from time to time on xboxlive but for the money you pay , you demand answers. It's5:39 central time and I'm in Mississippi.....everything
is back up and ready to go. Sometimes patience is a virtue.
