Xbox connectivity issues

In my room i have two xbox’s, one the connection is absloutley fine. Where as the other says the connection is fine but whenever I am in a game it conestly lags. Ive checked the sever status for the games (fine), done the reset cycle, reset my xbox to factory
settings and its still lagging. Any suggestions?

p.s even when wired it still lags.

It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

it happens to late night but my service provider sometimes run test at night so reason thinking us gamers don't stay up late.

Tried this, it did help slightly its not lagging no where near as bad so thank you!

hi,

do you try to clear the mac adress:

following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
Address>Clear>And then reboot
console when prompted.
