xbox connection to internet is not working properly

Very sorry to hear about the issue, and thanks for posting up that screenshot. There definitely seems to be a problem with your network, as your latency and packet loss is high, while your download and upload speeds are under the Xbox Live requirement.

Looking at your packet loss and latency, this may be an issue you will need to reach out to your ISP for, but let's run through these steps first!

1. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
2. Unplug power from your Xbox One console.
3. Head on over to your network hardware and unplug the power cable from both your router and modem.
4. Wait 5 minutes.
5. After the 5 minutes are up, plug everything back in and power back on to see if the results change.

Is your Xbox properly connected to the internet? Go to Network and then 'Test Connection' and test it. Let us know if the test works out fine.

perhaps check your internet connection to ensure it's properly working.

My Xbox isn't working it's saying I'm connected to the internet but it's still asking me to connect.... It's saying I'm online but my messages won't show.. Nothing is working properly

Make sure that your console is connected too a secure internet connection as because it is an xbox live account, it will need a secure connection too keep signed in and working properly. Hope this helps.
