    Connection problems continue......... in fact, getting WORSE!!!!!!!!!!! Constantly cut off, can't login, have to reboot my Surface repeatedly in order to play. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! Will this EVER be fixed? I enjoy the game, but lose keys, etch, due
    to constantly getting kicked off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, no help. Always says Xbox connection problem, but not the case with any of the other Xbox connection games. Anybody find a solution yet?

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Looks like it was my wireless router maybe? I use a wired connection through my router but I was experiencing 100% packet loss through it according to Xbox multiplayer connection test. I connected through wireless and now it works with only 1% packet loss. Does this mean I need a new router even if the wireless works and wired connection doesn't? Every other game works fine online when my Xbox is wired. Just a CODAW issue.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Might be an issue with the cord itself. See if you have another cable or plug that cord into something else and test it that way.

    You are not alone....often having similar problems too...gets fixed for a while then starts over again.

    Maybe one day, someone at Microsoft will repair this permanently....until then...SMILE.

    hi,

    i'm sorry, none of the solutions helped, but now i've tried wireless. It still disconnects every 15 minutes but i found a difference in the readings. Can anyone help me please?

    W:0000-0021

    X: same as above

    Y: 30A8-4840 (this in in a normal situation 20A8-4840)

    Z:same as above

    ID: same as above

    L: 8015-190E

    T: Wireless

    A: same as above

    G: same as above

    D: same as above

    N: HKoThuis

    S: WPA2

    C: 2

    oh and mister Darcy's solution seems to help a little bit, but not very much

    Hey there, StubbornDread16! Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. It seems like you may be having some DNS issues. Would you be able try a public DNS for us to see if that makes a difference?



    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

    2. Select Network Settings.

    3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

    4. Select Configure Network.

    5. On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.

    6. Select Manual.

    7. Select Primary DNS Server.

    8. Enter 8.8.8.8, and then select Done.

    9. Select Secondary DNS Server.

    10. Enter 8.8.4.4, and then select Done.

    11. Select Done again.

    12. Press the B button on your controller, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.



    Give it a shot and let us know how it works!
