    Hi everyone!

    Occasionally my xbox one will disconnect from the wireless internet connection and my xbox controller simultaneously. This still happens when my controller is plugged in to the xbox. They always disconnect and reconnect about the same time.

    None of my other devices have a problem with the wifi connection. I have updated my controller, console, and switch box. This started happening a few days ago - I haven't changed anything about my setup for months now. I used a wired headset.

    If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I'd appreciate it!

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    it happens to late night but my service provider sometimes run test at night so reason thinking us gamers don't stay up late.

    hi,

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
