    Xbox connection issues


    Hi I’ve had this problem for about 2 days now my series X says I’m connected and everything is up and working fine, NAT Type Open connected to Xbox live fine however I can’t connect to any parties, any game servers not even Twitch. I have hard reset everything I’ve reset my router all sorts and nothing has changed does anyone know what else I can do to get this fixed? will be hugely appreciated.

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    it happens to late night but my service provider sometimes run test at night so reason thinking us gamers don't stay up late.

    hi,

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
