    Xbox connection issue


    I have an Xbox One S and recently the controllers would disconnect/stop responding. The fastest way to fix it was to take out the battery then put it back in then turn it back on but then it would do the same thing after around 10 seconds. I thought my controllers weren’t updated so I updated the console and the controllers but that didn’t help. I then got a new controller and it didn’t happen for a bit. . . Until it did. Anyone know what I should do next?

    TL/DR: controllers keep disconnecting/ stop responding even after buying new contoller

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    hi,

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
