    Ive not been able to connect to xbox live due to some sort of technical error on xbox. Are xbox or Microsoft going to be offering some sort of refund partial or full or extending current offers to compensate for a lack of service which is being paid for?

    Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?
