    Sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide, Issues Connecting to Xbox Live, that is stickied? Do you receive
    a particular error code when connecting to Xbox Live?

    Check enforcement.xbox.com and you can view for details on whether you were banned or not. Be sure you're signed in at the top right.

    You can check if actions have been taken to your account by clicking the leftmost tile (with the picture of a gavel hammer) about "Past Enforcement Actions", and you can check your reputation reports by clicking the "Reputation" tile in the middle.

    Just by looking at your profile, you seem to be in good reputation.

    Hopefully, it's just a network issue. If so, then I'd recommend you'd follow the

    network troubleshooter article    . Please note that you may have to end up configuring settings on your router (or other network device), so you'll need to know how to access those settings.

    Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. Once that is done test to see if it is working. Let us know. Good Luck!!

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
