Xbox connected to internet but won't connect to XBOX live.

My Xbox One is connected to the internet, test network connection says good to go, it is a wireless connection (Open NAT). But it will not connect to XBOX LIVE.I have had the box for a year and have had no previous problems connecting to anything until yesterday
evening. I have turned everything on and off so many times to reset the box, the router, the modem in as many different sequences as possible and nothing helps. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Cant Log in

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

 

Update Failed

The Xbox is connect to the network, and the network is connected to the internet, but the internet won't connect to Xbox Live. I have tried both the USB and the CD/DVD but neither of them are working

• When on the Home screen press the Menu button and go to
  Settings
• From there you go to Network and Advanced Settings
  
• Select Alternate MAC Address
• Clear
  
  
• Restart
  
  

 

This did not change anything.

I'm also having this same problem. Started around 6pm Friday night. All of my other devices are fully able to connect to my wireless network, only Xbox is failing.

 

After reconnecting, I lost my Xbox Live subscription.

Try redownloading your profile, if that doesn't work contact Xbox Live support by phone

Router: Linksys Wireless G 2.4Ghz/Model: WRTG54G V8

I have 1 XBOX One connected to the router on wireless connection.

Still no error codes. Test connection still comes back good to go.

ISP: Comcast

 

Have you checked your modem and router settings, making sure your router is either in bridge mode with your modem. An alternative is to port forward your router on your modem and dmz your xbox on your router so the setup would look like this; MODEM -> Port
Forward -> ROUTER -> DMZ -> XBOX

 

I too have this same problem. I am connected to all services however, I can't play multiplayer I too have checked my connection and it says "It's All Good". I know my wifi is not the problem, cause I get all benefits from gold and my speed for downloads
is decent. I contacted Xbox Support numberous times and they have yet to come with any solution. But I was told it could be curropt update data. Basically i have to wait for whenever the next system update is so it could overwrite my current one. This is the
1st time it happened to me also. I hope this would work. If anybody would know another solution plz reply to me.............. Should have bought PS4 -_-

 

Just posting to let you know, your not alone. Had my box running fine for a week then this wall hit me. I can verify that its not an ISP issue, ive tried soft resets and hard resets on the console and no fix. Theres something going on internally here that
seems to happen to a fraction of the customers. Ive yet to figure out how or why, but I got a few weeks to figure it out before I return it back to gamestop. You are not alone lol

 

I've got the same issue. I'm going to try calling them in the morning before I try resetting to the factory condition.
