xbox connected to internet, but cant connect to xbox live

few days ago worked fine, but after changing our router to a nighthawk xr500, i have been unable to connect to xbox live and play warzone. i have a wired connection, and when i press "test connection" the console says that i am connected to the internet.
i am able to sign in to my xbox live account and can talk to my friend in party chat, but when i run detailed network statistics it says download speed, upload speed, and MTU are "not available" and that "there was a problem with some of the tests. try again
later."

ive tried resetting my modem, router, console multiple times and have signed in and out of my account. wifi is working well so idk if this is a problem with the router. and idk why im not able to connect to xbox live in the game when i can still do netflix
and have party chat. please help.
