    hey all, i have a question that i have wanted to ask many times. We all know how toxic lots of people on Xbox are, but is Microsoft not paying attention to whats happening? I am Currently com banned till March 16th, as of right now it is march 2nd. the
    reason i am com banned is for defending myself from people who go around telling kids and Teens to go kill themselves. the guys name was
    [Mod Removed - Personal Information], his exact words were hey bum, go to your dads garage, grab some rope, tie it into a noose, and the other end to the tree and jump of a ladder, the world will because much better without your sorry
    [Mod Removed - Profanity]. Now i was muted the whole time i joined and got told this then his friend Spaghetti poo messaged me and said hey the rope trick is a great idea, i respond with people like you
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] are the reason people are killing themselves because of Xbox. i called them [Mod Removed - Profanity] once and get com banned, but look what they can say with no repercussions.

    What do you guys think about this?

    I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

    What's going on?

    did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so

    The enforcement team doesn't monitor these forums, but I can try to point you in the right place. This could be related to reputation like you suggested, you can check your enforcement history here to see if any enforcements are in place, here:
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/enforcement/showenforcementhistory . If there is none listed as active, sometimes refreshing the console could help, by holding down the
    power for 30 seconds on the front of the Xbox, while its on. then trying again. If that doesnt help, follow the steps closely here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/cant-send-messages
