Xbox Coms Banned But Don't see it in enforcement.xbox

Hello there. I have one account that has been suspended for 2 months of communication banned. During that time I was also suspended from Xbox Live completely for 2 weeks. I also have another account that is going through the same punishment. I've talked
to Xbox live customer service and they said that should not be happening after the 2 weeks of suspension. I was told to come to the forums from help. Resetting my xbox and deleting my 2nd account did not help. Can someone please tell me what's going on? I'm
paying for xbox live and I'm not able to access any of the features . The enforcement team did not help one bit. They send me automated messages and have not told me a single thing or what I did wrong. Any help is a appreciated thank you

same thing with me but when I made a new account, that one was also banned from the same things. And I checked enforcement.xbox and it said there are no suspensions on the account. this isn't fair.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

As the Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, nor does anybody else around here have access to your Enforcement records, we cannot make a reliable speculation as to
why you were banned.

All Enforcement actions are handled on the Xbox Enforcement website. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your suspension history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

 

Did you not read a single word I said, it's even my title. I have no history of my 2nd account being punished but I am being punished. So I cannot make a case review with no history of my account being suspended

 

Hey there,

It sounds like you may have had a console suspension and not just an account suspension. That would explain why the 2nd account is unable to communicate as well. Only the enforcement teams would have more information about this situation.
You'll want to file a case review with the account that was suspended if you're able to, that's the only way to communicate with the Enforcement team.

I don't have a case to review because it's my other account that is being punished. I can't open another the case review because both my decisions are upheld. Also my console ban is still being active even though it ended on the 7/5.
