    have a problem with my xbox(beta)app. Some time ago i bought a xbox game pass for pc. I downloaded Forza Horizon 4, but I forgot to log in in xbox app. When i try to log in there is a black window, which is closing after a second. Same problem i have with
    game. I can't log in in game. Is it just an app problem witch will be fixed in the nearest future? I have a new laptop and i don't think that it's my computer fault. Also I can't download some games. Every time i try to download is there is an error device
    is not supported or that I have to download the newest version of windows 10 and i have it.

    Hi!

    Make sure Windows 10 is properly updated to the latest version. Also make sure that the GPU drivers are up to date. Does your laptop have the minimum gaming requirements? Also make sure to sign in with the same user who used to download the game.

    This unfortunately did not work, this has happened on all computers ive used the xbox app on, including friends computers. I believe it is a fundamental issue with the app

    Xbox App Version: 2309.1001.3.0

    Creating a new User Account did not work on my computer. I did log into my account on another windows 10 computer and the xbox app works just fine on that PC.
