Xbox completely crashed. Don't know what to do.

So I was playing Minecraft like any other, then I press the home button to check who's online and my Xbox starts to flash and flicker. I thought it was just my TV for a second but then I realized my controller wasn't working too. I turned my Xbox off and
back on to see a the start screen that says "XBOX ONE" and three little dots popping in order as if it's loading. It's been like this for 5 hours now. I would get it replaced but I can't find my receipt. By the way, I tried cold reboots and such and they don't
work. And it's definitely not a system update problem. My cousin had the same problem but his came back to the home screen. Any help would be appreciated .

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account to see if that clears up the issue.

My xbox got a communication ban it's over now but I can't talk in party chat or send messages my gamertag is please help.

 

I don't necessarily know if it will work, but I'd just recommend leaving it unplugged overnight and just plug it back in when you want to use it the next day and see if that works.

 

I've noticed my X1 won't go into "instant on" mode after playing minecraft, after playing I turn the console off and it turn's fully off (orange light on the power brick). It also wont turn back on with the controller.
